Crab Carnival

This annual event, usually held the first weekend in October, is famous throughout Virginia. Look here for more information on current dates for parades, bands, booths, bike races, street fairs, and of course, plenty of seafood.

Jammin on the Point Summer Concert Series

This free annual event is held May through August at the Town Square (8th and 9th Streets). A variety of music is featured and proceeds from the event help promote the West Point community. Click here for the current schedule.

Christmas on the TownChristmas on the Town

Sponsored by the West Point Tri-Rivers Chamber of Commerce, is held the first Sunday of December from 1:00 - 5:00 pm along Main Street in West Point, Virginia. Our schedule of events includes the Children's Parade, visit with Santa, the Elf Workshop, holiday shopping, pony and wagon rides, food, arts and crafts and much more. The illumination is held at 5:30 pm on 1st and Main Streets.

In conjunction with the Chamber, the Historical Society of West Point is sponsoring home tours at this year's celebration. Visitors are welcome from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Annual Town of West Point Farmer's Market

Come one, come all and join the fun. If it's grown, produced, or made in Virginia it can be sold at the Farmer's Market! This free annual event is held May throughSeptember from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon.

Springs A Popping Event at West Point, VASpring's A Poppin

Sponsored by the West Point/Tri-Rivers Chamber of Commerce, is an outdoor event held in April at the West Point Square Shopping Center. Flowers, plants, shrubs, and some crafts are sold along with other spring-like activities.

Annual Chesty Puller Memorial Bridge 10k Run and Kids 1 Mile Fun Run

The Chesty Puller Memorial Bridges 10k Run is very proud to support the Wounded Warrior Project this year with a donation from each runner’s entry fee. The men and women that have served our country have shown their support to us with their sacrifices and we are proud to show our support of them in this great cause.

Come out and run the bridges for those who proudly served and continue to serve.
